Simple modifications to existing patterns may be ready within a week; fully bespoke designs requiring new master patterns and exotic materials can take 10-20 days. We provide sample tracking and unlimited revisions until you approve 100%.

Bulk production typically takes 30-60 days after sample approval, depending on order size and complexity. Standard shipping to UK, US, and EU markets adds 15-35 days by sea or 5-10 days by air. All client designs, patterns, and brand information are treated with strict confidentiality. We are willing to sign NDAs before any technical discussions begin. Your patterns, sketches, and finished designs remain your exclusive property -- we do not repurpose or sell client-developed designs to other buyers.
